ORDER CONFIRMATION
You will be notified by e-mail as soon as we receive your order. GOODS OUT OF STOCK
Out of Stock item(s) will be placed as Special Order.  Please allow 3 - 4 weeks for Special Order item(s) to arrive.  Discontinued item(s) WILL NOT be placed on Special Order and a refund will be credited.  

SHIPPING
We make every effort to ship in-stock items approximately 2 business days after receiving your order.  For details about shipping methods, see the Shipping Information chart below.  Our primary Shipping Carrier is U.S. Postal Service (USPS).  Shipping costs are calculated as shown in the table below:

Priority (within 2 days) – add $10 to Standard Shipping Charges

Express (next business day) – add $30 to Standard Shipping Charges

Merchandise purchased online may also be picked up from the GSH Shop at the Ala Moana Hotel:  410 Atkinson Drive, Suite 2E1, Box 3, Honolulu, Hawai'i 96814.

We reserve the right to a $5.00 shipping allowance increase when shipping cost exceeds standard shipping and handling charges.

RETURNS
All returned merchandise must be in saleable condition, with original tags and packaging. Goods listed in our Special Offers section, Clearance section, or dated items are not returnable. With receipt, and within 30 days of purchase, you may receive a full refund. Beyond 30 days, items returned with receipt can be exchanged. If you are returning the item by mail, for your protection we recommend you insure the package. We cannot be responsible for lost return packages.  Please allow approximately 10 business days after we've received your return for the refund to be processed. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.  Always include a copy of your receipt with a notation indicating:

  • The exact nature of the problem
  • The corrective action you are requesting (store credit, refund or exchange)
  • Your daytime telephone and/or fax number and e-mail address

If you do not have your receipt, please also indicate the transaction number and the name of the person who purchased the order on a separate piece of paper. We will refund or credit the value of the item (returned within 30 days).

Note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable, unless the return resulted from our error (damaged, defective, wrong item sent).
